sometimes its not the people. they pay someone who looks legit and they just dump it any where. please dont shame them if they haven't done wrong. if they have evidence of paying some one. release that instead.

I paid someone with a trailer to take a load of garbage to the dump for me. About a month later, the cops showed up at my door because they dumped it in the bush. Obviously I had no issues going to clean it up but, that was a crappy situation to be in
