### كعكعة صغيرة باللحم المفروم 😍 اطبخوها ثم ضعوها في الفريزر، وعندما ترغبون بها أخرجوها وسخنوها واستمتعوا بها طازجة ولذيذة. أصبحت شهية جدًا بحشوتها اللذيذة ♥️ ❣️يسعدني دعمكم لي بإعجاب وتعليق تقديرًا لجهدي. ### حشوة اللحم المفروم: * 500 غ لحم مفروم * 1 بصلة كبيرة * 3–4 فصوص ثوم * 2 ملعقة كبيرة معجون طماطم * 2–3 حبات طماطم مبشورة * ملح * فلفل أحمر مطحون * فلفل أسود **الطريقة:** شوّحوا اللحم المفروم، ثم أضيفوا البصل والثوم واطبخوها حتى تطرى. أضيفوا معجون الطماطم وقلّبوه جيدًا. ثم أضيفوا الطماطم المبشورة والتوابل واتركوا الخليط حتى ينضج. اتركوا الحشوة حتى تبرد. ### عجينة البازلاما: * نصف كوب ماء دافئ * 1 كوب حليب دافئ * 1 ظرف خميرة جافة * 2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر * 5–6 أكواب دقيق * 1 ملعقة صغيرة ممتلئة ملح **الطريقة:** ضعوا الماء والحليب والسكر والخميرة في وعاء واخلطوا جيدًا. أضيفوا الدقيق المنخول تدريجيًا مع التحريك، ثم أضيفوا الملح واعجنوا حتى تحصلوا على عجينة متوسطة القوام. كلما عجنتم العجينة جيدًا أصبحت ألذ. اتركوا العجينة حتى تتخمر. بعد التخمير، قسّموا العجينة إلى قسمين. افردوا القسم الأول بشكل رقيق بالحجم الذي ترغبون به، ثم استخدموا كوبًا لتحديد الدوائر **دون الضغط أو إخراجها**. أضيفوا الحشوة، ثم افردوا القسم الثاني بنفس السماكة والحجم وضعوه فوق الحشوة. باستخدام الكوب نفسه، اضغطوا بقوة حول أماكن الحشوة هذه المرة لقطع الدوائر وإغلاقها جيدًا. بهذه الطريقة لن تنفتح أثناء الطهي. سخّنوا المقلاة على النار، ثم ضعوا القطع واحدة تلو الأخرى واطهوها على نار متوسطة إلى هادئة حتى تنضج وتحمر من الجانبين. وبما أنها صغيرة، فإنها تنضج بسرعة ولا تبقى من الداخل نيئة ♥️ وهكذا أصبحت جاهزة! بالعافية على قلوبكم 🫶🏻 --- ## 🇬🇧 English ### Mini Minced Meat Bazlama 😍 Cook them and freeze them. Whenever you want, simply take them out, heat them, and enjoy them fresh and delicious. The flavorful filling made them absolutely amazing ♥️ ❣️I’d really appreciate a like and a comment to support my effort. ### Minced Meat Filling: * 500 g minced meat * 1 large onion * 3–4 cloves garlic * 2 tbsp tomato paste * 2–3 grated tomatoes * Salt * Red pepper powder * Black pepper **Method:** Cook the minced meat, then add the onion and garlic and cook until softened. Add the tomato paste and sauté well. Add the grated tomatoes and spices, then cook until the mixture is done. Leave the filling to cool. ### Bazlama Dough: * ½ cup warm water * 1 cup warm milk * 1 packet dry yeast * 2 tbsp granulated sugar * 5–6 cups flour * 1 heaped tsp salt **Method:** Add the warm water, milk, sugar, and yeast to a bowl and mix. Gradually add the sifted flour while mixing, then add the salt and knead until you have a medium-firm dough. The better you knead the dough, the more delicious it will be. Leave the dough to rise. Once risen, divide the dough into two portions. Roll out the first portion thinly to your desired size. Use a glass to mark the circles **without pressing all the way through**. Add the filling, then roll out the second portion to the same size and place it over the filling. Using the same glass, press firmly around the filled areas to cut out the mini bazlamas and seal the edges. This method prevents them from opening while cooking. Heat a pan and place the mini bazlamas one by one. Cook over medium-low heat until nicely cooked and golden on both sides.
