I currently have 19 weeks of sick leave and that’s after working for the same employer for 13 years. How long has this lady been employed by council?? Has she used all accrued sick/annual/long service??? If all her leave has been used she shouldn’t still be getting paid.

Is she using accrued annual leave? Or is it just continually adding to medical leave. If the second it should be unpaid after she’s had the standard amount- most places and government jobs only offer a few days paid for this
