The older man was only given a regular bottle of water.The Confrontation: The passenger became furious. He felt that since he was sitting in business class, he should get the same food. He began shouting at the air stewardess, demanding a "reasonable explanation" and yelling that he could afford the money.The Outburst: The stewardess calmly explained the rules and tried to hand him a bottle of water to comfort him. Instead, the man angrily snatched the bottle and smashed it onto the floor, spilling water everywhere.
