I've seen some people dye lighter brown without using bleach and that's on asian hair. you either have to go to Korean asian hairdressers or get the korean box hair dyes. apparently the bubble one that was endorsed by blackpink works really well.

You can achieve that without bleaching your hair. My sister have done that couple of times. 🥰🥰Go for it.
