I worked in a certain facility...so CO was held up somewhere ...wakanishow i clerk on his behave...so a kid came na alikuwa na common cold, so do my knowledge i just prescribed a cough suppressant (which by itself is not ideal) and discharged as an outpatient. so the hospital manager who summed as accountant came back to me fuming...so I asked him what is all this rage He was like "Huyu mama ako na cover mzuri na unamdischarge kwa nini? couldnt you be creative and admitt the child? So nilikuwa na mini depression by then...I was mad and i told him i dont work like that...and i had to quit the following week after they paid me half salary.

malpractice is even in big hospitals...for instance the Aghakan university hospital has been sued severally on negligence and lost those lawsuits. surprisingly, it's consultants were implicated.
