@leppanphysiques: Most people rowing in the gym are doing a bicep exercise and calling it back day. The weight is travelling from A to B. The back isn't doing anything. The biceps and forearms are carrying everything and the muscles that actually need to grow aren't getting touched. One cue changes all of it. Shoulders back before the elbows bend. Drive them back as far as they'll go before you even start the pull. Feel what that does. Then pull through. If the effort has been consistent but the back still isn't responding the way it should, comment GAMEPLAN below. There's usually more going on than just the technique.
