Head body and soul .. you can argue with your head as much as you like .. if the body doesn’t want I say want cos you control all three but you the head gets the body to do thing be it good or bad and the out come controls the soul … if you go and start get the head to tell the body to go for run/walk whatever and the soul with thank you for it and then all three are working as a unit … it has to start in the head the body follows and the soul feels EVERYTHING the good the bad and the ugly do good in the head and body and soul just follows it is all connected … this lady is so inspiring when you need it most but please have the faith in yourself
