You are supposed to put down a full synthetic underlayment down on the decking then the drip edge on top of the underlayment….. do not use felt it sucks… you should only use a full synthetic underlayment and ice and water leak barrier

Never put drip edge tight against the Fascia cover!! Doing this cause problems for gutter installers trying to get gutter behind drip edge
