No one in a million years thought those buildings would come down. So there wasn't a huge sense of panic. I cannot imagine the fear of those people on the lower floors, who were patiently waiting for help, and then having the building come down on them..[Crying] its crazy to think also, of the hell going on at the top and the people on the lower floors having absolutely no idea how bad it really was. Just unimaginable.
