Yep, and they could come in and then inspect any single room. In your home if you register as a daycare and you can’t stop them because you get government funding and they don’t even have to notify you when they’re showing up.

And when the state does an unexpected visit and the government does a surprise audit they will want to see a Time/Space percentage, what rooms are used and so much more. I run an in-home daycare and you can NOT write off everything in your home.
