Never Forget zMy dad was a survivor of Bergen Belsen along with his sister. His mother died the day the camp was liberated. Him and his sister were rescued by Dr Rober Collis. He was an Irish Dr with the Red Cross. He brought Dad , his sister and 4 more to Ireland

The conditions at the camps were very bad towards the end of the war. Medicine and supplies couldn’t get in because roads and rail tracks had been bombed:
