nurse here.... I would never allow anybody to talk to me like that. I would also like to say, most doctors u work with would never ever dare speak to nursing staff like that. I dont like the way the multidisciplinary team is portrayed. it gives bad reflection on patient care

Question, what is a nurse expected to do when they genuinely believe a doctor is going to harm a patient? What is the standard for whether it’s just a good faith disagreement where vs. threat to patient safety that needs to be stopped.
