Always got to double check the information you receive nowadays. The Tesla car drove there from another report due to its "autopilot." The "man" was its "driver" sheepishly trying to save his car. Wonder if the bus operator got fired for negligent operation? 🤔 I lived and worked in CT for a few years and thankfully never saw it flood.
