Changed my diet and the pain went away. Gave up all sweets, fast food, carbs etc.. my body was so inflamed. It’s CRAZY how much better I feel.

Stretched and trained my toe strength every day. Almost became obsessed with it. It’s been over 10 years of constantly making an effort to be barefooted and to get my toes involved with standing and walking, if that makes sense. My feet don’t ever hurt anymore.

Mine was caused by tight calves and hamstrings. Stretches and weight training! Check out Jeff Cavaliere’s calf and plantar fasciitis stretches on you tube. They worked better than 3 months of PT!

I had shockwave therapy. It literally changed my life. I'm back to wearing sandals, running around the house barefoot. And walking pain free at work.

YES!!! The frozen water helps, but what fixed it for me: Stand on the edge of a step with only the front part of your feet. Lift your body up and down using your upper foot and toes. Do it every day!!!!

Podiatry MA here, lots of stretching the plantar facia, stretch stretch stretch!!!!! Rolling on a frozen water bottle helps inflamation. Custom, orthotics, GOOD shoes like Hokas or Brooks. Pay the money for good shoes. Cortisone shot if all hope fails.

Mine finally just went away but it took a year. The only shoes that gave me relief were the crocs sandals but the tall squishy ones. I put them on right when i woke up bc that walk to the bathroom in the morning was ROUGH

I work in ortho and this is what we recommend: MULTIPLE pairs of shoes (everyday, walking, work, etc) so each pair is supportive, stretches online, and ice if needed. We recommend hokas, but if you look up orthotics on Amazon, they do the same thing for a fraction of the cost.

Talk to your PCP, or your OB/GYN. Estrogen loss was the reason for my leg cramps and plantar fasciitis my feet.

Surgery. And I do not regret it. The worst after surgery pain day was about 3/4 less pain than I had on a daily basis before surgery.
