Another toddler snack that barely qualifies as a recipe. 1 cup cooked rice 1 cup shredded cheese Mix together, scoop into little piles, flatten, and bake at 400°F until golden and crispy. Leftover refrigerated rice works especially well! You can also add an egg for extra protein or throw in finely chopped broccoli, spinach, corn, shredded carrot, or whatever else you need to use up.
