I mean you’re not wrong. I’m an apprentice on my first 7/12 job. Running tools and learning at every opportunity. 2 weeks in and I have cankles from swollen ankles and bruised fingers but I’m not slowing down because there’s no excuse. I can see how certain people would come in thinking it’s easy and quit on week 1
