If you watch that famous interview with him wearing the coonskin cap, what he describes about meditation... there are several things he brings up. But last summer, I had tremendous success meditating and getting astral projection really under my belt for the first time, after really learning to do it six years ago but getting deeper into it every few years. Last year, I got deeper into it than ever, to then experience things on the fringe of getting in and out of the body that are so similar to what Lilly describes, and another guy named Itzhak Bentov, a fascinating character as well, that it was so uncanny. I feel I experienced some of the same things that he describes, which are being able to see portions of parallel universes, especially as information is coming to you in the form of light and, like, slivers of perception of other places. Find, not documentaries. Well, I'm sure there are some, but find interviews with him and see what you see.
