They are never going to stop drinking responsibly. When buying alcohol, scan the drivers license. Any DWI, DUI's prior, convictions. Can sell alcohol to them 🤔. They can't buy alcohol. Its that simple. It won't stop it completely. But it will make more difficult to probably kill someone.

I say you have a DUI and kill somebody you stay in jail. If it’s a second offence of DUI and not killing somebody, you stay in jail.. it’s nothing to take a cab home or stay overnight. This is absolutely heartbreaking.

Here in Texas they put an alcohol monitor on the leg and a breathalyzer in your car. This would not have happened again with those tools in place.
