from what I've read in other reports, they were leaving the scene to go refuel, from the sounds it sounded like the engine went off the low rotor horn started going off, it looked like he pushed the nose over and stopped the horn momentarily but then it came back on then the shaking started, my guess he pulled up collective in desperation and bled off what rotor rpm he had left. too low with no forward airspeed to achieve autorotation.

The rotor speed dropped. That was the buzzer you heard. Could be for many reasons. They should have been able to autorotate

Low rotor RPM horn went off. That was the sound. Unfortunately turbine pilots dont believe it will ever happen. We used to spend all day doing emergency procedures. Pilot/mechanic here

not as familiar with helicopters but that beep sounds similar to the stall warning for a ga small plane. it does seem like they lost power. in a scenario where you loose power in a helicopter, you can perform a maneuver they call an autorotation. but they were low. basically the helicopter swoops down and uses forward motion to generate lift. but, you can't do that if too low or buildings in their way like shown.
