@skylandrfit: i’m sorry but it’s time to be HONEST…👇🏻 I’m going to say something that might spark some reactions right now, but somebody HAS to call this out… look at the way she emerges in that clip. No hesitation, no looking around to see who’s staring, no shrink-into-the-corner energy. Just absolute, true unbothered confidence… in a world where 90% of people are too anxious to even step onto the gym floor without hiding under a massive hoodie, that kind of mindset is RARE 🤷🏻‍♂️ it takes years to build that level of self-assurance and honestly, if more people brought that exact same energy to their own training INSTEAD of worrying about everyone else, they’d hit their goals twice as fast. which is why it blows my mind seeing people in the comments getting genuinely angry over a funny visual edit. i’m pretty sure SHE meant it sarcastically too. we all kinda know the numbers in the original video were a joke. Nobody actually thinks those percentages match real physiology. but that’s the entire point of content like this - it’s supposed to break your brain for a second, make you laugh and SIMPLY move on. the internet has gotten so intense that people will literally analyse a 10-second ironic reel like it’s a clinical study on human metabolism. at the end of the day, lifting is supposed to build people up, not turn everyone into online critics. Conditioning, body fat levels, muscle density - all of that takes YEARS of relentless daily work, tracking, and discipline. massive props to her and ANYONE on their gym grind… it isn’t always easy 😞 I respect anyone who shows up to the gym consistently, putting in work and having fun with the process without taking themselves too seriously. time can always be better spent then being bitter in another person’s comment section. if you’re ACTUALLY trying to build an elite physique; focus on your own consistency, own your space and maybe let people laugh a little bit along the way. now, what do you think 🤔 Let me know in the comments. I believe in every single one of you 🤝 - - - - #Fitness #gymmotivation #weightloss #bodyfatpercentage #GymTok
