@thotline_news: 16th September 2026 - Just my opinion. Dissapointing to be honest. Ed is the main event of this tour and could've had significant sway and chose not to for the sake of "not taking a side" #edsheeran #macklemore #irish #singer #edsheerantour

Cats and Beer :

It won’t be canceled he’ll get kid rock to be the opener.

QueenOTheGreen :

I wasn't ready for the domino of Pink cancelling Ed Sheeran.

DE HAAN :

Can’t wait to hear about his new future as a solo a capella artist.

ŦЅѲɔіэтч🌙 :

"If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse, and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality."

WitchyBitz :

So he attempted to avoid losing the tour by turning his back on a long time friendship... only to probably lose the tour anyway

Aneurin :

sounds like he is in generational aura debt this debt cannot be paid off.

H :

Ed "I don't take sides" Sheeran

DUCHESS JAY :

ED TOOK SIDE HERE

noZrats :

also he showed he is a bad friend.

rollhack.sys :

I hope this is a sign of things to come [Heartwarming] It makes me feel like maybe just maybe the tide is finally turning and we are gonna be seeing steps forward

Nick :

What is the point of having “Fuck you money” if you never tell the man “Fuck you”

JustK :

001alix :

Not taking a side... Do we remember the movie Don't look up? There were people, who said look up, those, who said dont look up. And there were people, who said, I'm not gonna look up, or down.....

Paloma Freitas :

That was my immediate reaction- isn’t he Irish?

Sassy McPants Daddy 🇨🇦 :

Because in not taking a side he took a side.

geraldine139 :

Sheerin took the soup unforgivable in Ireland 🇮🇪 giving how wealthy he is

finafeen :

Crystalised-Ink :

So he's going to do a right wing drift right?

robbotlove :

people don't understand that not picking a side is in fact, picking a side.

Jo :

He’s meant to be playing tonight - can’t wait to see what happens- and apparently he played at kraffs wedding few years back

Philly Lemon🍋🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🇺🇸 :

all of this

babbles :

if not even Switzerland is staying neutral then what did he think 'staying neutral' was going to do?

Willy G :

Its sad really, i used to really like ed and i think the most frustrating part of him “not picking a side” and “being apolitical” is that he was firmly on Ukraines side, and has campaigned alongside other artists for lots of other causes and movements
