Most insurance companies receive a commission percentage based on the premium. Insurance costs have been skyrocketing, massively outpacing inflation. 80% of their business is reliably commercial. Brokerages like when rates increase because their profits are tied to those increases. Adding Ai means cutting employee commissions too.
