Anesthesia is so fascinating to me. It’s such a strange thing to be laughing in an OR with your surgical team, then waking up somewhere completely different.

It’s the best sleep of my life though. When I was little and had my first surgery I was so scared bc I hate needles. As an adult I genuinely look forward to that feeling afterwards where you just feel like you got a REALLY good night’s rest. Idk maybe that’s weird but it’s true.
