genuine question for anyone who makes games, why do almost no games do this? it seems like such an easy feature so why do Devs choose to have like 5 set colours instead of a colour wheel thats infinitely more customizable?

My biggest issue was the size scaling. I wanted to look strong and the largest size was 115 lb child lol. Had a hard time even making my face look like a teenager vs an 8 year old
