Lucid dreamer here. Though I'm aware I am dreaming, I never felt that it was more "real" than the physical world. But I will say this, at times during lucid dreaming I attempted to manipulate the energy.

See me personally imma comment on every video cause i like to elaborate, but when it come to dreams but u dont remember them when u wake up thats a “dream” like an image placed in ur mind, sounds like allegory cave. but when u dream and u do remember when u wake up its a vision, when u die in a dream u died in another timeline or dimension like and old version of u, when u get sleep paralysis thats astral projection. If u ever did anything supernatural in ur dream like a superhero u are free minded and thats u in another timeline cause i flew before multiple times. Idk if this is 💯 true but if u have a wet dream about someone i believe they were thinking of u or they wanna latch on to ur energy idk tho, And last if u dream about ur crush they were thinking about u before sleep

my take: I think when we sleep the body is 'dead' and the spirit doesn't sleep. so it goes somewhere and keeps itself busy until when you wake up then it comes back to the body😂😂😂😂😂😂
