@broccoli_mum: 🍫 CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM SANDWICH 🔥 Healthy Vegan Weight Loss Style!! Chocolate ice cream made from SWEET POTATO?! 🍠🍫 And we’re turning it into a crispy ice cream sandwich! Ingredients: 🍠 Pre-baked sweet potato 🥛 Soy milk 🍫 Cacao powder 🌼 Vanilla 🍁 Maple syrup 🧂 Pinch of salt 🍘 Rice cakes 🍫 Optional: chocolate chips Chocolate Sauce: 🍫 Cacao powder 🍁 Maple syrup Method: 1️⃣ Mash your pre-baked sweet potato until smooth. 2️⃣ Add soy milk, cacao powder, vanilla, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined. 3️⃣ Transfer to a Ninja Creami container and freeze overnight. 4️⃣ Process on the Ice Cream setting.
