When I have trouble, I just temporarily change the dns for the network adapter to that of the domain controller and it always works for me

gonna fix majority of Domain join issues... DNS. make your FW broadcast your DC as the primary DNS, and then set Google and cloud flare as your alternates. means you never have to manually point DNS on a machine again. most FWs allow up to 9 alternate DNS servers, while windows limits you to primary and an alt
