Literally every single my dog goes to the vet, the first thing they do is ask me “So what’s going on with Hamilton today?” Even though I told them over the phone. This is negligence. Criminal negligence.

At the Vet I worked at, there is all kinds of paperwork and questions about what the client wants to do with pet's body (take home to bury or have cremated) A client never walked in and just have them euthanize without any of that. At the very least a consent form is to be signed before a euthanasia.

I'm confused because when I had my 18 yr old poodle euthanized, they injected into a vein, versus most allergy shots and other meds being either under the skin or intermuscular....

Sounds like some steps were missed! How do you not read what you are doing! We did a home euthanasia for our dog and the vet asked a few questions to make sure we knew and he knew we agreed!

I'd be rocking orange 😡 we were put in a quiet room and a little area to walk them outside as we were saying goodbye. a light was on the door so nobody but the vet was allowed in and all paperwork was done.
