been asking my mom to put me into therapy since 5th grade, since i struggle wit self harm. she hasn’t even made any steps to help me but she decided to put herself into therapy n ignore me. but im 7 months clean n im proud of that.

I was 11, only child parents were going thru a messy divorce and i was basically growing up by myself, things got so bad that i wanted opened up to my classmates about how i wanted to die and how hopeless i felt, guess they told their parents and theirs told mine, my parents picked me up from school the next day or so and told me how embarrassing it was to hear about my "struggles" from another parent, instead of actually getting the help i need they told me to never bring that up again and that i should never talk about my troubles to anyone 😂
