Mine has done this randomly when cold for 100k 2019 f150 10spd 2.7 it’ll from 1st to 4th rev up on its own and and slam back down into first after a couple seconds and then shift fine I keep on maintenance. Sometimes it hard shifts into 8th but that’s most 10 speeds I’ve driven

$800 on a Transmission that is from $5000-$7000 because that’s how much my 2017 F150 transmission is gonna cost me is 5500 at the cheapest place I can find

Thats what happens when you allow a Chevy’s engineers build and design the transmission. Since ford was losing money because the trucks were on the road longer than they expect.
