The samples make me crazy. #1 I’m a bit of a germophobe so food sitting out in the open like that bothers me. #2 it creates weird human behavior - “omg, water. I’ve never tried water.” #3 The lines for samples just are in the way. It’s a me thing. I know most people love it.

I’ve never been to Costco, but I know my Mom would always go to Sam’s when they opened so she didn’t have to wait in line forever. She won’t leave for shopping if it’s after 9/930a bcuz it’s too busy.

I go at 9am too. Not a lot of people and no samples. My biggest pet peeve are those samples, people just stand there and eat , instead grab and go.

I absolutely cannot go during free sample prime time. Costco cart traffic is bad enough at any given time. The loitering and complete lack of spacial awareness as soon as a little end table begins setting up sends me into a spiral.

I’ve always hated how busy Costco is but if we go to the one in Flint during the week it’s never been busy. The weekend is freaking crazy though.
