@askluisomar: Clear communication isn't optional in business. It's the whole game. If you're putting money or time into someone else's hands, say so upfront. Tell them what you expect back, and when. Have that conversation before the work starts, not after it goes sideways. Boundaries don't have to be hostile. They just have to be clear.
