@louaniidar: Watch and listen to the words of Stan Lee, the iconic creator behind Spider-Man and the Marvel Universe. How did Spiderman get into being. Here he is in his early nineties, after decades of churning out stories dictated by publishers, he was ready to quit comic books entirely. He was tired of writing what everyone else claimed would sell. His wife, Joan, gave him a piece of advice that changed literary history: If you are going to leave anyway, write the story you actually want to write. He took that leap. That single script became the Fantastic Four, igniting a revolutionary pop-culture empire. The most shocking part of this legacy is not the massive success that followed. It is how dangerously close it came to never existing at all. The idea had been living in his head for years. The missing piece was never talent or market demand. It was simply the courage to stop asking for permission. Great ideas are rarely the missing variable. They are already waiting inside the minds of people who were told once or twice that it will not work here, or that the timing is wrong. Most people internalize that critique and stop asking. That is the true tragedy. The loss is not the ideas that get tested and fail. The real loss is the ideas that remain quietly hidden, never reaching the light of day. If you have a concept you genuinely believe in, test it. Keep it small, run it fast, and gather authentic feedback. Let real-world evidence decide its value, rather than the first skeptic in the room. And if you lead others, step up and make sure the skeptic in the room is never you. What would you do if you had an idea you thought was greate and it would have been crashed? #Inspiration #Innovation #Leadership #Excellence #spidermanedits
