read the last part of video... it's say ELIGIBLE employees. when I had my 2nd child, I was allowed 6 weeks max and I had to call in every single day. in the end, I came back and 2 months later the company canned me because I missed too many days on my leave. note: I only took 5 weeks off. this was over 18 yrs ago tho.

10 to 12 months???? not in this country. you're lucky if you get 6 weeks... and that's usually unpaid!
