And check inside for rust! My kids have 3 and 2 of them have several rust spots inside! Owala had no comment when I shared pictures. Beware.

I’m always shocked at the amount of people who don’t realize it comes out and that you have to scrub it when I see these videos. It’s super easy to clean!

i take that part, the ring, and the straw off and throw them in my dishwasher basket and throw the cap in the top rack. the tumbler i hand wash. we have had probably a dozen or two owalas over the years and never had mold or any part break
