My mom bought a stand there for 110k. We went to view and it was HUGE. About a week, my mom said she's unsettled and went to the municipal to verify and she was told that the land isn't for sale. We went back to the agents and they gave us 50k back. We're still fighting for the remaining amount. These agents show you the land before you pay to convince you and uzobakholwa because when we went there we came across people who already occupied the space (already built) and they knew them - greetings left right. So, you'll be convinced ukuthi it's legit.

Why didn’t the municipality say something when it people were busy buying and building. This is unfair to the citizens tle! What’s worse is that they knew those stands were on sale because people enquired about it at their offices, why didn’t they stop this fraudulent behaviour? Mxm

I didn't buy there because of such criminality. It was as clear as day light back then. I went to the office in Boksburg there i was told that municipality was not selling land 2016. I'm not shocked. It's been coming
