I’ve gotten so many questions on my treadmill routine! Let’s check out my favorite one that has me sweating by incorporating a spicy arm workout while walking✨ I get bored easily with workouts so I love changing them up! Warm up- walk for a few minutes Choose a speed that’s a brisk walk but not too fast where you can’t keep your core engaged. I use ankle weights as well. I repeat these 5 arm exercises. I do one round, then walk for 5 mins, then repeat these arm exercises, then walk 5 mins and repeat. I walk for about 60 minutes and this has me sweating! Bicep Curls – 30 sec Keep elbows tucked in, alternate arms or curl both together Overhead Press – 30 sec Press weights straight up from shoulder height, core tight Lateral Raise – 30 sec Raise arms out to the sides, slight bend in elbows Punches – 30 sec Alternate straight punches in front of you—controlled and strong Around the world- 30 sec With a slight bend in your elbows, slowly raise your arms out to the sides with your palms facing forward and pinky pointing to the ground. Arc all the way up overhead until the dumbbells nearly touch If you want to see any other workout routines, let me know! Fun fact, I received my personal training license after having my first daughter and was teaching group classes! It was so fun🥰 #PostpartumWorkout #StrongMom #TreadmillWorkout #ArmWorkoutForMoms #PostpartumFitnessJourney #FitMomLife #NewMomWorkout #HomeWorkoutIdeas #MomBodInProgress #FitnessAfterBaby #TreadmillTraining #UpperBodyWorkout #PostpartumStrength #BusyMomWorkout #MoveYourBodyMama
