@fransilvestrearquitectos: EN CONSTRUCCIÓN | VILLA EN VALDEMARÍN La arquitectura trabaja con dos condiciones aparentemente opuestas: la voluntad de abrirse por completo al entorno y, al mismo tiempo, la necesidad de construir lugares protegidos desde los que contemplarlo. El gran vuelo convierte la terraza en una suerte de habitación exterior, un espacio intermedio donde la casa empieza a confundirse con el jardín. La horizontalidad de las piezas dirige la mirada hacia el horizonte, mientras que los grandes paños de vidrio desdibujan el límite entre interior y exterior. Más que ocupar el paisaje, la vivienda busca enmarcarlo y hacerlo formar parte de la vida cotidiana. UNDER CONSTRUCTION | VILLA IN VALDEMARÍN The architecture works with two seemingly opposing conditions: the desire to open completely towards its surroundings and, at the same time, the need to create protected places from which to contemplate them. The large cantilever transforms the terrace into a kind of outdoor room, an intermediate space where the house begins to merge with the garden. The horizontality of the different elements directs the gaze towards the horizon, while the large glass surfaces blur the boundary between inside and outside. Rather than occupying the landscape, the house seeks to frame it and make it part of everyday life. #fransilvestrearquitectos
