Basically, you buy the Surron directly from a supplier/factory on Alibaba. Way cheaper than uk suppliers who up price them 1k + just buy it of alibaba worth the wait to save LOTS money not 500 more like 1000 😭

saved myself £2000 on a ventus. battery is £2000 and the reliability of the bike is top notch anyway after a year ur warranty is gone and alibaba still has warranty especially if you use the right supplier (i also have vin number and proof of ownership certificate)so in my case it made sense. its been a year no issues with the bike. both warranties woulda been up now and im 2k better off....

Yh , but u have to follow such strict guidelines to stay within the warrenty most of the time the warrenty is voided , may aswell go to alibaba
