I’m 53. Started working out at the beginning of the year. Enroute back from Amsterdam after having upper eye lid surgery. I take HRT and lots of vitamins. Lost an adult child in a car accident and my living child is an addict. It was up or down for me. Being down is not somewhere I want to lie. So I went to the gym and it’s the best thing. Met a great man. I thank the universe everyday!’ I don’t know why? But I have too. Much love and strength to you all….❤️
