I agree. At some point, conviction has to cost you something. Macklemore stood on what he believed even knowing there could be consequences, and I respect that. Ed had an opportunity to take a stronger stand too, and in my opinion, he chose the safer route. Everybody has to live with their own decisions, but I can definitely understand why people are disappointed.
