@morejoey: Creamy sausage pasta in 25 mins 🍝 angelica sent me a video of this with no recipe in it so i made my own save it to recime before you lose it, that’s what i do with every recipe now it’s free btw if you wanna try it Ingredients:
Penne (200g)
Italian sausages (2, casings off)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Garlic (4 cloves, sliced)
Cherry tomatoes (1.5 cups, halved)
Tomato paste (2 tbsp)
Chicken broth (1/4 cup)
Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
Parmesan (1/2 cup, plus more)
Salt & pepper
Basil
(Pasta water) Recipe: 1. cook the pasta 1 min under box time. save a mug of pasta water 2. brown the sausage in the oil, 5 to 6 min. don’t rush it 3. garlic 30 sec 4. tomato paste, 1 to 2 min until it goes dark 5. cherry tomatoes, lid on 4 min, then smash them 6. broth in, simmer 2 min 7. heat to low, cream in, gentle simmer 2 min, don’t let it boil 8. pasta in with a splash of pasta water. parmesan off the heat. toss it hard for a minute until it goes glossy and clings. more parm if it’s still loose 9. salt, pepper, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme #pasta
