You can use it anywhere you would regular gelatin, and because it’s Simply Desserts, there’s no junk! 🙌🏼 To whip up this super fun & easy jiggly lemon dessert: Dissolve 1 box/4 envelopes Simply Desserts gelatin alternative in 1/4 cup cold water. Let set 1 minute. Use electric mixer to beat in 3/4 c very hot water, 8 oz softened cream cheese (or dairy-free alternative if plant-based), 1/4c powdered allulose or monk fruit, and the juice of one lemon. Pour and spread into a dish, chill until set and jiggly, at least 3 hours or overnight.
