@mrsveevanilla: Asado de Puerco👩🏻🍳✨ So easy to make and delicious 🤤 3lbs de Puerco (I am using pork butt) Oil Salt Black pepper Garlic powder Cook until the meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Chile Rojo 2 Tomatoes 1/2 onion 7-8 Garlic cloves 7 Pepper corns 3 Clavos de olor 1 tablespoon of Sesame seeds Handful of peanuts 10 Chiles Guajillos 4 Chiles Anchos 12-15 Chiles de Arbol (add less if you don’t like it spicy) Lightly fry your Chiles be careful not to let them burn otherwise your Chile sauce will be bitter. Add 3 cups of water and cook on low until Chiles are soft. Add your Chiles to blender along with 2 tablespoons of Knorr de pollo. Salt to taste. Blend until smooth. Once your meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. You will strain the chile over the meat and stir until well combined. Cover and cook on low for 10-15 minutes. Y listo! So easy and delicious 🤤 #recetasfaciles #EasyRecipe #asado #ideasdecomida #comidamexicana
