sorry but mico managment needs to happen when garbage employees take advantage of weak leadership. i used to stand by the h.r policy. if you.was late more than 3 times in a pay period....write up. bad employees bring the company and work progress down 💯

I see stupid people everywhere :
I worked for a company that gave me a verbal warning for arriving at 8:01. It made me paranoid. They then told me 'you're not going to find a company better than us'. Guess what? I left and now work for a company with flexi time. If I arrive in at 8:15 they're not bothered. If my workload is slow they don't expect me to sit doing nothing until 5- I just finish early. When I get very busy I stay late. I'm treated like an adult with common sense. They respect me and I respect them in return. The work gets done by me- there's noone to cover my work- I'm responsible for it. I get it done.

I let my workers come when they want as long as work gets done. I find workers finish 8 hrs of work in 4 hrs then they take off. my workers bring me lunch and 3 coffees everyday. they use their spare time taking kids to school and taking care of sick family members. balance is important

The problem is they don’t pay anyone enough to care ! So then people slack off ! Do just barely enough to get them by not saying it’s right just facts ! And then the managers and owners get upset and say do more do this do that no appreciation no raises ! No thanks

I worked at a company and I would be late a couple minutes everyday. I was talked to and told to come in earlier so I did. I showed up 10 mins early everyday. Then I was told that was too early. Only be a couple minutes early. 🤦🏻♀️
