Travis :

It’s hard Hiring farm hands. To many dishonest people out there. Etc they say they’ve run everything when they’ve never ran anything. I could use 2 guys for harvest this year but it’s hard to risk to take these days

I don’t understand that, even if it works and they get the job they’re probably not gonna have it very long when they can’t move the tractor.

holi583 :

Huuumm, I seem to remember fixing up your case tractor and changing belts on your combines, and welding up the chisel plow, so I’m in the market for a mechanic position

Rob Welder🇨🇦 :

wtf is wrong with people lol

Jacob :

People think all farming is is just setting your gps and clicking a button 🤣

masseyman1105 :

Ohhhh Matt that young lad played “farm sim” and now he’s an expert 😘

Logan :

You guys possibly looking for a temporary worker? 🤗

Tomhendrickson :

People think it’s easy, which sure it is pretty easy when you’ve been doing it since you were 6 years old. We had to hire a cart driver years ago, amazing how many people thought it would be a piece of cake showed up and literally said nope not for me after trying to dump the first combine. I would much rather have someone come and say hey I need a job, and I’d love to learn, never done it before but I am willing to learn and try my best
