My favorite part was 2019 before the great migration. It was still chill, rush hour was 30 mins not 45-60, open spaces existed without realty signs, etc. Now, my favorite part is my view of PP from my overpriced 1956 rancher after gaining 250k equity in my Peacfeful Valley home sale in just 7 years. Let’s normalize not romanticizing COS real estate. We barely missed a bubble burst. Get those rentals!
