But Alfie taught me something I could never have understood before living it. He still wants the walks. The adventures. The sniffs. The digging. The mischief. He still wants to be right in the middle of everything. 🥹 Yes, we’ve had to adapt. Wheels, boots, a stroller, helping hands and a LOT more planning. But his disability didn’t take away his love for life. Disabled doesn’t mean unhappy. how i wish i knew it. a Specialist vet operated on our doxxy. she didnt recover. He said to us that its humane to lay her down. We should have refused, but we thought that he is clever. He specialised in dachhunds.🥺
