As an owner with a reactive dog even tho he is people friendly gets put in his kennel when people drop packages off at our home. Being a pet owner means taking RESPONSIBILITY for your pets safety your own and mail carriers. If as a pet owner you know your dog will react in a way that makes others feel in danger, you are the problem. That man had every right to defend him self.
